These Conditions set out the terms on which the Products on this Website are sold. Please read these Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Website. By sending us an order you agree to be bound by these Conditions.

Peeta – Manuel Di Rita uses his reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website is accessible 24 hours a day but gives no guarantee of such availability. Peeta – Manuel Di Rita will not, therefore, be liable for any losses that you suffer if the Website is unavailable at any time or your access to the Website is interrupted, restricted or delayed for any reason. Please note that access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any reasons beyond his control.

We use Squarespace Payments, that is a feature offered by Squarespace that utilizes Stripe's payment processing infrastructure.

All prices are considered to be VAT included.

SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

YOUR PACKAGES SHIPMENT
Most products are shipped from our studio in Kromstraat 9, 2611EP Delft, Netherlands. However some products may be fulfilled by third party print on demand and dropshipping services directly from their facilities. All packages will be shipped by courier or certified mail.
Shipping costs are calculated in relation to the weight of the package and its destination and are comprehensive of packaging cost. Shipping cost will be calculated during the ordering process. Only when the ordering procedure is finished and so the costumer will complete it with the delivery address, the system will be able to calculate corresponding shipping rates. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
a) Please communicate via email regarding your refund to: peeta.ead@gmail.com
b) Products must not have been used / worn, washed or damaged.
c) Products must be returned in their original packaging.
d) Products that were part of the same order are to be returned together in one package.
e) Products must be returned within 14 working days, from the date of delivery.
f) It is your responsibility to pay postage for returned items.
If your return meets the listed conditions, Peeta- Manuel Di Rita will refund the cost of the purchased products.

TIMING AND METHOD OF REFUND
Once your return has been accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will be refunded by Peeta- Manuel Di Rita within 30 days from the day of reception of the returned product.
